I’m Lindsay Wood, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, integrative care for children, teens, and adults. My practice combines evidence-based psychiatry with a natural, whole-person approach to support lasting mental wellness.
I’ve lived in Eastern Oregon for 23 years and have seen firsthand the growing need for accessible mental health care in our community. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or ADHD, I offer personalized treatment that may include medication management, lifestyle support, and complementary therapies — always tailored to your unique needs and values.
In my free time, I enjoy gardening, reading, going to concerts (music in general), and spending time with my family.
